1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or country of residence.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

• Information: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR (Rs.). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Errors: In the event of a pricing error, JZ Stationers reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

3. Order Confirmation & Verification

• Verification: As per our policy, all orders are subject to a verification Call or SMS. An order is not considered "Confirmed" until our customer service associate has successfully verified the details with you.
• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel orders if verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Timeline: Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.).
• Charges: A delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders under Rs. 4,000. Orders above Rs. 4,000 qualify for free shipping.

5. Availability & Out-of-Stock Items

For "Cash on Delivery" (COD) orders, if a specific item is out of stock:

• We may ship the available items from your order to avoid delay.
• We will attempt to contact you via phone or email to offer a substitute or confirm the partial shipment.

6. Payment Terms

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and [Insert other payment methods, e.g., Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa]. For COD, the total amount must be paid to the rider before the package is opened.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within [Insert Number, e.g., 24-48] hours of delivery.

• Note: Personalized or used stationery items cannot be returned.
