The Strathmore Series 400 Watercolor Pad is a cold-pressed, acid-free pad at 300gsm, built to take wet washes without excessive buckling while still giving a pleasant tooth for pigment to settle into. It’s a dependable choice for artists working in traditional watercolor techniques, from loose washes to more layered, detailed studies.
Offered in 7×10, 9×12, and 11×15 inch sizes, the range covers everything from a compact pad for plein air painting to a larger surface for studio work.
